Wir haben Ihnen sofort geantwortet, dass Sie dies sicherlich tun können, aber da wir keine Rücksendeetiketten zur Verfügung stellen (wie in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen erwähnt, denen Sie zugestimmt haben), haben wir Ihnen unsere Adresse für Rücksendungen in Deutschland mitgeteilt. Da wir keine Rücksendeetiketten zur Verfügung stellen, tragen wir in begründeten Fällen immer die Kosten für die Rücksendung. Wir verstehen wirklich nicht, womit genau Sie nicht zufrieden waren. We are well aware you placed your order on 24th December and the order was dispatched on 27th December - the first possible day as we were closed during Christmas (there was also notice on the web). Once your order was dispatched we sent you the tracking to the email address you left in your order - have you please received that? Finally, based on your review we have also raised a claim with the delivery company and we believe the parcel will be with you very soon. Lieber Kunde, Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit unseren Dienstleistungen nicht zufrieden sind. Aufgrund einer falschen Postleitzahl wurde die Fernbedienung leider zurückgesendet. Wir können keinen Einfluss darauf haben, ob GLS/DHL mit einem ganz einfachen Adressfehler nicht umgehen kann. Wir haben die Adresse bereits korrigiert, die Fernbedienung erneut verschickt und eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass sie bei Ihnen eingetroffen ist.
