We got exactly the expected product: a good quality faucet for our bathroom! It looks good and it works.
It even came in a soft bag with soft gloves to ensure we handle it with Care while installing it! Very nice!

My order still didn’t arrive! From 09/08 is in my city but the carrier didn’t deliver. When I contact the carrier they said that the problem is with the supplier (Bernstein).
I already send many email in the beginning the answer was we gonna check what is happening. But now they don’t answer! Today in the morning I call to callcenter of Bernstein in German they told me they will try to give me some response and until now. No answer and no product

The cabinet was left in my hall on a huge pallet damaged my floor
The cabinet was delivered by a woman who could not unpack so a large pallet was left in my hall causing damage to floor and a nuisance. I subsequently sent a technical question regarding power since lights and shaver but only one cable! Never got a response. Would not re order or recommend
