I will open a case via PayPal , in order to get a full refund after returning my purchase.
Please be informed that I sent an email to your online store, informing them that I needed to cancel my order. Just 15 minutes after the completion of the purchase!
Six hours later, and without having received any response from them, they informed me that they have already shipped the parcel. I immediately informed them back that I am not going to accept the parcel and I am going to open a case against them, in order to get a full refund. But ACS has delivered the parcel and declared the delivery without my permission! So I want to return the parcel via ACS (not pay extra for shipping) and I am now requesting a full refund from you. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation
