The shipping was super fast from Spain to California, so that service is valued and appreciated. However, i read a review to be careful of cosmetic purchases but I was hoping that was one off experience. My Shiseido Future Solution LX eye cream arrived will a big dent of missing/used up cream. I compared the opened product to Shiseido’s website and the thick cream fills up the jar with no missing large scoop of cream gone. I contacted customer service for partial percentages reimbursement of the missing cream for win win solution as i want to keep the product to try. They have not responded.
