I have a lovely bracelet that I love wearing but twice it has disintegrated on me without any pressure or catching it. On one occasion I was just sitting on a plane not moving or doing anything! My jeweller has successfully repaired it but told me to stop wearing it. Also can you make more earrings- Non Butterfly back, with the catch the same as 2838/20-2038 they are so much easier to wear, put on - take off …. You don’t even know you are wearing them.

The earrings were very good but I paid extra for a 2 day delivery. They arrived four days later so I could have used standard delivery and saved 10.00. If the express service could not be achieved, you should refund the extra to maintain reputation and customers.
