The mugs are of the usual very high quality. However, the mugs in the three sets I have bought in previous years were of THIN porcelain (and fabulous). I assumed the 10 in this order would be the same, so I’m really disappointed with them. I’ve rather wasted my money on things that will probably never be used.

website slow for openers. couldn't see shape of bowl, discount code didn't work, too many annoying pop ups. Had to call Chris. He was very helpful. Several pieces came in broken. They were not packed tight enough with bubble packing. I left a message, very hard to speak with a human being. For top of the line prices, this is not the service you should get.
