I am almost happy with the order, except for a few blemishes. I was concerned when I saw the package taped in Posta Moldovei tape, which means the post have opened the package. When I opened the box, my concerns were validated: the plywood box of the granite surface plate was unsealed, and the cover just sitting on top, having all it's sharp staple prongs exposed to the other items inside; the lapping films were scuffed and wrinkled; there was a sizeable scuff on the saw's handle, as seen on the second photo. The unboxing was not pleasant, but I put blame on Posta Moldovei. The granite surface plate comes with a technical certificate and a hight map protected in a plastic bag. The certificate stated 0.001mm accuracy, which exceeds the 0.003mm accuracy stated on the product page, which is excellent. My suggestions: - Protect individual small items in additional wrap of paper or plastic film so they don't rub against each other or take a direct hit when the package is pierced. - Let a better postal carrier handle the packages in Moldova, like Nova Post. They work in Europe and worldwide, handle packages with a lot more care, use modern practices, notify of delivery immediately, and most of the time do not open and unseal packages.

High quality in every aspect except the webshop itself. But perhaps they think it's mostly b2b customers where a modern website is secondary. But again - high quality products, quick delivery and professional communication
