Great material and designs, but shipping was very slow. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here after being received by USPS, with more than a full week of no updates as it just sat in the state directly next to me. Meanwhile, I can get orders from halfway across the country in 3 days no problem from other sellers. I realize this could just have been an issue with USPS though, thus only the 1 star reduction.

Very poor

Never received item. After a month an half no updates. Order has been stuck at the “shipping facility” for a month. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to my Order as I’ve been searching for the design everywhere.

My second item was shipped with the wrong phone number, which made it very difficult to track down, on top of it taking one month to reach me. However, the product quality is decent, both the pillow and the cover. The cover doesn't 100% match the level of detail of the Cuddly Octopus original, but it's good enough and I'll probably come back if they add more covers by Iwbitu.

Hi Hjem, we checked your order and noticed that it has been succesfully delivered on the 5th of January. We're very sorry for the late delivery, we shipped some orders later than usual because of the fire we had at our factory at the end of November and the holiday season is always busy. Despite the delay we hope you're happy with your order!
