Ordering process was quick and easy - delivery was also very quick. Only thing that was confusing was the difference between battery-direct.com and battery-direct.fr. I had previously talked with Valerie Wirth from battery-direct.fr and had intended to order from their, but the battery-direct.com popped up first without me noticing. I guess you are the same company, but it would have been easier to have items shipped from France, since that is where I was living. Instead it appears they came from Germany. I would suggest that the 2 sites be merged, or if order for delivery in France, you forward the order to the local french site, to provide better response. But in either case, I am very happy with the purchase and delivery, and the batteries seem to be working fine in my UPS.
