I ordered cheese that was temporarily out of stock. The customer service representative quickly contacted me offering to send me a similar cheese as a replacement. I particularly want the original cheese that I had ordered. I asked her to hold my original order, until the preferred cheese was back in stock. She did and all of my cheeses arrived a few days later. Henri Willing Cheese Company is very efficient, and of course the cheeses are the very best. I love doing business with them.

Took over 2 weeks to get cheese, the cheese casing was cracked and melted all over the clear wrapper, Fed Ex apparently left package for over a week in heat. Henri Willig did not seem to care when I emailed them on wherher the cheese was safe to eat. We threw it away, $60.00 worth of cheese and shipping.Will never order again which is sad because I love your cheese

My order got stuck in Memphis. Over two weeks later and FedEx/Willig are still debating the reason and the package location. I have no cheese, no refund, and no reason to praise Henri Willig customer service. It is now Saturday morning and apparently customer help is nonexistent on weekends. MIH

I never received my order. GLS the transportation company is horrible, each day they gave a different update, said that there was no one home and I was there the whole time, they never showed up. I’m trying to get a refund. But terrible experience

Disappointed - Possible heat in shipping

Purchased 5 Pure Perfection wedges and the cheese didn't have the salt crystal taste bursts that we experienced when we purchased it in Europe. Perhaps the international shipping and heat may have caused the greasy texture and lack of flavor.

Not delivered

The order was placed 3/20/2024, today is 4/2/2025 and we still did not receive the package. Not sure if the cheese will still be good to eat when/if it's delivered.
