Great resource for classic volvo parts. Bit dissappointed though that upon checking some parts that are still commonly available are quite overpriced. I added shock absorbers to my order but from the site it wasn't clear what types would be delivered making it hard to compare. When they were delivered it turned out that the exact same shocks are sold by local car parts shops for about half of the price. Didn't go though the hassle of returning even though that could have saved me around 80 EUR...

Skandix krever inn norsk moms (mva), i henhold til VOEC, så langt greit. MEN dei registrer ikke inn pakken/beløpet, slik at for å få ut pakken så må du betale moms en gang til + moms på momsen som allerede er betalt. Når de blir konfrontert med dette, så nekter de for å ha gjort noe feil, og nekter også å refundere momsen som de har trekt. I følge skattevesenet så skal selger refundere moms hvis det er blitt betalt dobbelt, men det nekter de på kniven for! Opplevde dette på begge de bestillinger eg har hatt hos de, men nå blir de ikke flere!!

For invoices under 3000 NOK, app. 250 €, Eu legislation forces us to charge VAT on export invoices. This money is tranferred by SKANDIX directly to the responsible financial authorities. To prove that, Our VOEC no. is printed on the invoice. This procedure works very well and fulfils al mandatory legal concerns. only in this cases it caused trouble, initiated by your local customs office. Please clarify this with your invoice and your local responsible financial authority.

Spare parts manufacturers and transport cost

I asked twice the name of an ignition coil cassette manufacturer for SAAB, but twice they refused to disclose. Thus, i decided to buy the part from another provider. We should be informed about the manufacturer or if, eventually, the part is refurbished. I bought a cooling system expansion tank. I paid 36.88 euro for transport. Order was placed December 04. Same day i made the fund transfer. The spare part was delivered December 14 and not 13, as mentioned in the tracking. It is expensive for 10 days wait.

Wrong part, the part sent was on the driver's side and so a mirror image compared to the spare part I was looking for, I was able to assemble a working whole from old and new parts...the sensor part itself was the same. also the freight price is expensive..

You ordered a sensor declared "front, left" in the item description. Generally this should be a subtle hint, that expecting the driver side would not bee too absurd.

Quite quick delivery but as always very expensive, also price of item itself varies depending which country you got delivery, price of items without delivery was about 20€ more just because it wasn't delivered in Germany

The part purchased weighed 50g and cost 30€. The DPD cost was 27€... Please Skandix, why not use Deutsch Post?

We are sorry but those are the parcel shipping costs to the channel islands. It does not depends on size and weight up to the max measurements for DHL shipments. We do never send letters by standard post service, even with small items. Those are neither trackable nor insured.

On 03.04.2024 we replied to your message. You have the option to return the full kit for refund or only the single pipe as a quality claim. If the pipe turns out to be faulty, we can arrange a discount for you.
