I have been using the reward calendar for booking trips in the past - which is an extremely helpful tool. For about two months that tool is no longer available, which makes the process of booking online very tedious. A user needs to check each day and different airports for what they can afford. If you are booking for two people or more it becomes even more challenging. I have called AF, and have gotten a variety of responses. The last one, Andrea at AF said there was a”glitch” and clients and AF booking agents were never supposed to see the calendar of reward travel … rather both groups are supposed to search for flights day by day. The calendar only works for cash purchases. I said “WHAT?” I have been searching this way for a couple of years, and now the “glitch” was fixed by not allowing such a helpful tool to be removed?? Once I hung up, I checked award travel with my husband’s account and “Voila” it worked! However, after checking award travel a few times, it disappeared again. I have recommended people sign up for the AF flying blue program (2 people signed up for your credit card as a result) in the last year. I think you have a good program, however I am not understanding the contradictory responses from your employees and the removal of a very practical and useful trip planning tool, that has no downsides that I can see. Other airlines use such similar tools. It also frees up the phone lines if people can plan their trips online. I suggest you rethink this or fix the new “glitch” if it was unintended.

Dear Air France Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your airline. I am a frequent business class passenger, and I have always chosen Air France for its reputed excellence in service. However, on my most recent flight, I encountered several issues that have compelled me to inform you of my dissatisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of competence displayed by the airport personnel and authorities. Despite booking a business class ticket, I was surprised to learn that there was no provision for business class passengers' transportation. This is highly unprofessional and not in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Air France. Moreover, the wait that ensued was unacceptable. After being informed that there would be no separate transportation, I was made to wait in a bus for over 20 minutes until it was full of passengers. This unnecessary delay caused inconvenience and discomfort to all passengers involved. Additionally, once we finally reached the plane, we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes inside the bus before being allowed to board. Such delays only serve to tarnish Air France's reputation and detract from the overall customer experience. It is my earnest request that Air France takes swift action to rectify these issues with the airport personnel and authorities. Measures need to be put in place to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers, especially those in business class. This will not only improve the airline's reputation but also demonstrate a commitment to providing a superior level of service. I trust that Air France, being a reputed and esteemed airline, will take this complaint seriously and address the shortcomings I have raised. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the ongoing effort to enhance the overall passenger experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Convenient direct flights IAH - CDG

You had convenient direct flights from Houston to Paris. Web site was straight forward but I had a little trouble signing my wife up with the rewards app. Verification would not send to her email. Also looking forward to updated business class. Sounds really good

A tighter integration of Skyteam benefits. I've got 2 million miles, but few of the benefits are recognized by Air France-KLM. For example, KLM used to have a member with my same Delta Skymiles number, so I would receive communications from Air France-KLM in Dutch.

Good Airline, Bad Website

I appreciate the airline overall but its website is not very reliable and can be quite frustrating. I make this comment after using it for more than a year. The problems are consistent. It is slow, clunky and resets often. It looks pretty but doesn’t work well.

Price drop not honored

The seats are comfortable, more leg room than other airlines. Friendly crew and agents. However, four days after I purchased my last ticket, I received a price drop email from AF. But they would not honor the new price. Then why did you send me the email?

In my opinion as a regular human been without millions of dollars like 99 % of the world, we like to be able to book our regular flight with more options for seating and choosing our seats. Most seats always are taken or not available. Really frustrating.

So far so good. On line registration/ticket purchase went well. I did also purchase flight insurance and suggest you identify name of the carrier with contact information in case of any questions concerning extent and nature of coverage. Thank you.

Website still a bit clunky, the system still does not recognize Travellers from the same family, forcing to re enter over and over the same information (flying blue number, etc...). Other than that functionalities work, as expected from an airline like AF.

I would have given them 5 stars, but a recent experience showed me that they need to improve their website to give more specific information when trying to book a reward flight and more specific information in their service line phone tree options.

Coordination with Delta Website

Workflow is generally smooth for travel planning, particularly for identifying more economic opportunities by minor changes in departure dates. Linkage for seat assignments for those ordering tickets via Delta needs to be linked into the process.

Test the book with miles function please

You have some code issues with the book with miles part of the site. After a few searches it stops working. The ‘easy’ fix is to delete all cookies and local storage. I don’t know exactly what’s causing it, but that’s what testing is for.

Promo rewards. Ease of booking and payment process. Possible improvement for changes to bookings made with miles: allow online cancelling and paying the 50 Euros fee. We should not have to call a French phone number from the USA !

Hello, The website is easy to navigate which makes the booking fast and free of frustrations. The utilization of voucher is simple. Great. Air France tickets are pricy. I do hope service will justify this high cost. Thanks

I don't like no air lines anymore due to the game's you guys play . Shoows cheaper price, than you guys start adding all the extras and make price higher. Only reason I am flying is we don't want to fly boeing flights.

The staff has always been extremely helpful on board and off. The airport, especially charles de gaule is usually very disorganized and a frustrating part of the voyage. Long waits in security and at passport control.

Good experience, but...

Very easy to make flight reservations online. I would have given 5* except I was unable to input my Global Entry/Known Traveler number. I had to call Air France customer support to get it added to the reservation.

Payment page on your website is complicated. It first shows credit cards from my profile, but does not allow me to go any further. I have to go to the next page and select again that I want to use a visa card.
