I have been using the reward calendar for booking trips in the past - which is an extremely helpful tool. For about two months that tool is no longer available, which makes the process of booking online very tedious. A user needs to check each day and different airports for what they can afford. If you are booking for two people or more it becomes even more challenging. I have called AF, and have gotten a variety of responses. The last one, Andrea at AF said there was a”glitch” and clients and AF booking agents were never supposed to see the calendar of reward travel … rather both groups are supposed to search for flights day by day. The calendar only works for cash purchases. I said “WHAT?” I have been searching this way for a couple of years, and now the “glitch” was fixed by not allowing such a helpful tool to be removed?? Once I hung up, I checked award travel with my husband’s account and “Voila” it worked! However, after checking award travel a few times, it disappeared again. I have recommended people sign up for the AF flying blue program (2 people signed up for your credit card as a result) in the last year. I think you have a good program, however I am not understanding the contradictory responses from your employees and the removal of a very practical and useful trip planning tool, that has no downsides that I can see. Other airlines use such similar tools. It also frees up the phone lines if people can plan their trips online. I suggest you rethink this or fix the new “glitch” if it was unintended.

Dear Air France Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your airline. I am a frequent business class passenger, and I have always chosen Air France for its reputed excellence in service. However, on my most recent flight, I encountered several issues that have compelled me to inform you of my dissatisfaction. Firstly, there was a lack of competence displayed by the airport personnel and authorities. Despite booking a business class ticket, I was surprised to learn that there was no provision for business class passengers' transportation. This is highly unprofessional and not in line with the level of service that I have come to expect from Air France. Moreover, the wait that ensued was unacceptable. After being informed that there would be no separate transportation, I was made to wait in a bus for over 20 minutes until it was full of passengers. This unnecessary delay caused inconvenience and discomfort to all passengers involved. Additionally, once we finally reached the plane, we were forced to wait an additional 15 minutes inside the bus before being allowed to board. Such delays only serve to tarnish Air France's reputation and detract from the overall customer experience. It is my earnest request that Air France takes swift action to rectify these issues with the airport personnel and authorities. Measures need to be put in place to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers, especially those in business class. This will not only improve the airline's reputation but also demonstrate a commitment to providing a superior level of service. I trust that Air France, being a reputed and esteemed airline, will take this complaint seriously and address the shortcomings I have raised. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the ongoing effort to enhance the overall passenger experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Booking online through Flying Blue has not been one of my usually good experiences with AF. I also had to call AF a few times. Booking for others has been cumbersome and repetitive, as the system would not take the information. I had to call an agent and ask that the booking and tickets be sent to the travelers. I did not receive a copy of the tickets or confirmation of the booking in my email. Disappointed.

Please add the ability to view seats when presenting flight options

Please add the ability to view seats early, when viewing different flight options. It is very important to me where my husband and I sit due to his Alzheimer's. I currently view seats for flights on the Delta site before selecting. It would be much more convenient to do everything on the Air France site.

Huge variation in daily fares makes it difficult to use. Sometimes one can find better connection and lower fares on online booking sites. Most promotions are not usable…and there is no fare advantage for flying blue members. Also you don’t allow more than 2 persons in one flying blue family account

In general it was good, although before you had a box for Seniors, now you have removed it...It was also not possible to use my miles in the application, it only said "you can use it" but there was NO way to do it. Could you improve this? This will be my third trip this year.

I needed the English language site but it assumed that I was traveling from the US when I actually needed to book a European flight only. It was tricky to get that initiated but once I was able the booking went routinely, well... routinely for our current marketing methods!

Site is very intuitive and has all the functionality I would want. I had to go to the full website to book, as the app was erroring out. So that was a little frustrating. Also wish the app would show my Transavia bookings, especially when my AF number is associated with it

There is no vegetarian option for meals on short haul flights - eg there was fish with rice or cous cous - you could have easily have a vegetarian option for minimal effort Even if just 1 meal on each flight is vegetarian that can be offered as an option

The site was easy to use. I was quickly able to find the flight I needed and make a reservation. The only issue I experienced was with the payment. The sight declined my credit card so I paid with PayPal which debited the same credit card.

When logging in to flying blue, i could not find a way to book a flight. The site only had info about my flying blue status. I wanted to book a flight snd pay for it. I then had to go to yhe Air France site, find thr flight and log in again

The website could use some work. It runs into technical issues frequently- during sign in and the booking process especially. This is nerve racking when you are trying to book a near sold out plane or just transferred miles to Air France.

The experience is good overall, I just encountered issues trying to book tickets using points and under student status. The page was showing errors and I was forced to call their customer service line to learn how to proceed.
