The product was good, tyre changing stand/ConStands.
Definitely works & great value for money. I use mine standing up, a bit like the expensive 'Rabaconda machine' otherwise you end up chasing it round the room as I don't have the facility to bolt it to the ground. My suggestion to ConStands/Motea would be to include a leg to be able to stand it up like a Rabaconda. Second suggestion is that the wheel rim support block nearest the bead breaker is almost at the edge of the tyre rim, I now use a block of wood to support the rim but it would be nice if the machine support was in the right place.
I was initially concerned that I was giving money to a company I didn't know anytime about, however one week later the stand arrived & I'm happy.
I would totally recommend this machine!

I tried to buy my goods on the german website, tried 3 times and was unable to get passed review payment, Went all the way through the payment process to get nowhere, So went on the motea.uk instead, This cost me £15 more , why , who knows, the goods were coming from germany, so why they hfaceboave bothered with a motea.uk when everything still comes from germany and the price is much more, speaks for itself, And the only option to speak to anyone from motea.com is on the phone, facebook and twitter out of date, The only good thing is that i received my goods , But at a higher price,

Suitable for a GS1200 even tho it isn’t.
Looked on the website for a dolly for a BMW R1200gs, states that the dolly I bought was suitable. When it arrived the wrong one was sent. Ordered another and the dolly still isn’t suitable as the front wheel touches the ground so the bike isn’t far enough off the ground for the dolly to work properly. I was charged to return the first mistake from their end and would be charged again.

Website suggested 25% customs fees. Ended up paying 50% making the product not worth purchasing.
After paying Customs fees. I was then told I would have to fill in the paperwork to have this shipped to my address.
Had I known any of this information I would not have purchased the item. Website refused to help in any way.
Strongly suggest avoiding this website.

If they are selling to UK they should pay the Taxes due!
If they are selling to UK they should properly sort out import taxes and not leave it to the customer and UPS which added nearly 40% to the cost of the order.
Product description specifically stated the product was to fix my motorcycle, but the delivered product does not fit using the standard mounting holes!
Disappointed.
Never again!

They violate you customer right and don't like it when you point it out. Customer service needs more training. They don't like it when you know what you are entitled to after the package was lost and delivered to the wrong Place. Do not buy from the UK website it is a German company acting as UK based.

I bought Handguards that are described as quality but they're terrible and they have NO WORKING SUPPORT CONTACTS.
I sent the product back for a refund and now I dont have the product neither the money.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I need a different part!
I received my order #2000185846 but the pin for the head lift is 28.5mm in diameter and the hole (Pikes Peak V4) is narrower. I need a different pin. What can I do?
I'm quite annoyed by the fact that there is no support email or phone number... Motea is a very difficult company to contact :(

Motea windshield
i have mounted the screen to my motoguzzi. after two rides i have notice a crack on the lower mounting black part of the bracket. see the pictures. i am also pretty sure i have not over tightened the bolt.
ideally i would like to have the refund as the screen is only few weeks old.

Add import tax to goods £61.00 😖 and bad communication
Improve proper communication don’t claim uk store when you have no duty paid stock in the uk. Make the sale price the total price so there is not an additional £61 charge at delivery and supply proper fitting instructions. The product is spot on but the company is a nightmare.

Ordered a bike stand and bracket, the bracket supposed to fit onto the bike using existing frame bolt but it doesn't fit the bracket. Contacted the company but they were not interested at all to correct the issue just offered a refund and for me to organise to send it back.

Product Great Delivery Poor and Hidden Costs
The product delivered was great. However delivery was three months and shipping taxes added 50%. I notice in the small print it suggested 15% shipping taxes, but once I said I was not prepared to pay the 50% Moteo said ‘not my problem and you resolve at your expense’.

Delivery was very slow, and it was almost returned, as your delivery company (UPS) did not deliver it at all or inform me that my order had arrived Finland.
I was lucky to start asking around when I will get my stuff, as it was going to be returned same day.

Being charged extra at the door after we have paid for delivery. Impossible to communicate with Motea unless your purchasing. Very unreliable delivery service and no way to pay customs. A customs invoice would also be good but that never arrived!

TheThe announced they had a uk web site so I thought no German euro taxes. Order d then it arrived with the courier saying £52 extra tax due as it came from Germany. Very misleading advertising a uk web site to then be charged from Europe!!
