Good website and selection of fabrics, easy ordering, fairly quick delivery considering it was international courier.
The courier, UPS, messed up and delivered to the wrong address, but after a rather convoluted two hours dealing with customer services they managed to trace my parcel and sent the driver back to fetch it and deliver it correctly.

Waterproof duck canvas
I bought some fabric, waterproof canvas and the turquoise was so lovely, good fabric, cut well no fraying etc and duvet was fast, will definately use then again, they are to keep my dogs legs dry in winter walks.
I bought another pattern it looked black but was brown and no problem with return, very good customer care
