The customer service at this shop is very good, especially considering the time zone difference. Not only did they let me know what was going on with the order in a reasonable time frame, but they were also not afraid to give bad news when a supplier let them down. In addition, the shipping was very reasonable considering it was shipping from France to the USA. Everything arrived, exactly as I ordered it and with no damage.

I ordered and received a Gobe divelight body, and the customer service worked very well. After I plugged in the lamp part, it did not light up when I pressed the button. I tried to charge it, but still nothing. I mailed them with my questions, and they sent me a new body, free of charge, which was fully operational.

I liked the Great Customer Service and attention to details.
A slight possible improvement is to keep track of out of stock items, one of the items I ordered was out of stock I got contacted by the team and they offered same item in other colors which I was ok with and the shipment was all fast and reliable.
