The product is revolutionary. I was able to lose 3% body fat percentage and gain muscle last month. I gave some bags to friends and family for them to try it out. The waiting time from order to shipping from the Netherlands was too long (3 weeks). Ordered on the 4th, only shipped on the 23rd and arrived on the 29th July). As an autist it is fun to standerdise and quantify calories, protein. As a vegan it is good to always have adequate nutrition, with the simplest preparation, on the go.
Nightmare to deal with. Subscribed to a recurring plan only to be told after a couple of weeks the items I subscribed to were being discontinued. Fair enough, cancelled the order. Literally years later and after half a dozen requests and claims by Jake that they removed my personality information I still get monthly emails about my ghost order shipping and my name, address, contact details, payment inform listed in the email.
Just straight up lied about removing PII. Will be making complaint to the relevant GDPR authority. I'm sure a hefty fine will help them comply with regulations.
I ordered a keto batch because I wanted to refill and I never got issue about Jakefood before but this time the order was outdated so as eatable product it was not right for me I contacted the support great answer and apologizes they sent me over a new batch but I received again a outdated order ffs 2 times in a row they don't even check the freshness of their product or if it's outdated and now their website support is down so really really disappointed

They take your money and you dont get any product. Customer support is a joke: They never answer your email, they dont answer contact forms and they dont answer the phone. By the way, the shops phone number at "e-trusted website" is not working.
