The product is revolutionary. I was able to lose 3% body fat percentage and gain muscle last month. I gave some bags to friends and family for them to try it out. The waiting time from order to shipping from the Netherlands was too long (3 weeks). Ordered on the 4th, only shipped on the 23rd and arrived on the 29th July). As an autist it is fun to standerdise and quantify calories, protein. As a vegan it is good to always have adequate nutrition, with the simplest preparation, on the go.

Nightmare to deal with. Subscribed to a recurring plan only to be told after a couple of weeks the items I subscribed to were being discontinued. Fair enough, cancelled the order. Literally years later and after half a dozen requests and claims by Jake that they removed my personality information I still get monthly emails about my ghost order shipping and my name, address, contact details, payment inform listed in the email.
Just straight up lied about removing PII. Will be making complaint to the relevant GDPR authority. I'm sure a hefty fine will help them comply with regulations.

I’ve always been happy with the quality of Jake products and the phenomenal customer service team.
Would love to see improvements to the subscription options to allow editing upcoming orders. I feel bad canceling a subscription only so I can order different flavours/products.

The product and service quality is unstable
The product quality differs from shipment to shipment, there is room for continuity of taste and structure as well as for the quality of packaging.
The shopping process is wild and and the subscription service a mess. In stock does not have to mean in stock, but it does sometimes.

Omg this is an answer to my unhealthy eating on the run. I got the starter box and so far my favourite is chocolate and coffee and from the vitamin bars so far banana. I ordered it to have it for when I go to the office but I’m actually having it every day now.

Delicious chocolate shake
Tried many other brands but always end up throwing them away after a while because they all taste nasty to me. Jake Chocolate tastes like a delicious milkshake! Also all the healthy ingredients and a full spectrum of nutrients. Love it!
