Our LaFuma Mobilier Futura XL Zero Gravity Recliner , 2017 : four of the canvas' resin tabs broke in the last 3mos. Needed to replace it. Wrote for help. We were sent links : the Batyline fabric canvas were all sold out. So we bought an airComfort . It arrived 9.25.24, we put it on. We are happy with it but will probably get the lighter weight Batyline when they are again available. AGAIN, while installing the new canvas was greatly pleased and impressed with the design and construction of our : LaFuma Mobilier Futura XL Zero Gravity Recliner , 2017 Worth the cost !

My order #LU3259 Which includes a chair and cup holder are waaaaaay overdue. The only reason for one star is that the page wouldn’t let me continue with none. Imagine my chagrin when I received a “satisfaction” query…Are you kidding…I will be seeking a way to settle this through a better business agency.

Weak locks for intermediate positions

The chair is comfortable and elegant, but the locks are not strong enough to hold it in intermediate positions.

Needed to return it for a lighter weight chair but the cost of postage was $100.

Hi, Our customer service remains available for any question : you have rightly requested a return using the form on our website. The process is then for us to validate this request. We are sorry for this misunderstanding but you may have checked for a return cost before we sent you the pre-paid Fedex label to be used for this return. According to our Terms & Conditions, the return fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. When we refund the order, we deduct some shipping fees but never the entire costs : in your case, the cost of postage were $100 whereas we intended to deduct $25 only.
