Having urgently needed to replace a faulty charger within the warranty period, I reached out to customer support for help. Having been sent back and forth between customer support and the spare parts supplier (who were far more responsive and helpful than customer support) I eventually was forced to purchase a replacement at my own expense. By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Acer refund me the money without finishing the purchase

The more I try the more frustrated I get. Why would Acer have the money taken from my debit card just to give me the money back within minutes? I already tried 2 different cards and it's not the bank, it's Acer itself. Disappointing.

Online payment system continually refused to accept any of my work visa cards. I had to use my personal card to complete the transaction.
