The customer ordered some models in presale. These were not actually available abd there was a date of issue of the models. We had never talked about a refund because when the customers buys a model in presale knows that it is necessary to wait to get the model. Of course, we'll refund the customer immediatly, from the moment that he has not understood the policy of the models in presale. Thank you, Best regards

Dear Customer, you can contact us by mail to solve each kind of problem. In this case if you don't want to keep the model we'll send the courier to pick it up and we'll refund the amount paid.
