Create an order box in which we pay for the items each time we order but only pay for shipping on the last order. Alternatively, we always pay for the item and shipping costs, but at the end, you return the extra shipping costs to our credit card card or Pay-pal.

Keep customers more timely posted about delay in delivery of pre-ordered items, whose availability is being moved one quarter at a time. It is quite ennoying to purchase items, and having no firm commitment about delivery. when longer delays are unavoidable, give a money bonus to the buyer for any further month of delay after first quarter. It would be just fair.

Item as described and arrived in time very well wrapped. The only issue with Car Model is that postage is extremely high. Why customers should spend €20 postage on a €45 car model?... Very neat packaging for fragile model cars. I had a problem with GLS France (they threw the parcel over the front gate because we were away). I highlighted this issue to Car Model. The next shipment was shipped with Italian Mail Sces / French Mail Sces for final delivery to prevent similar issue

Very professional - excellent website and easy to navigate to a particular car. Packaging is top notch - always pretty sure product arrives undamaged. Pictures of the cars are really good - can spend an hour at a time just flicking through the pages as a way of distressing.

Il sito è meraviglioso. Di ottim fattura e chiari nei dettagli dei modelli. Le spedizioni sono sempre eccezzionali e in tempi reali. L'unica cosa che non mi soddisfa è il protrarsi del tempo dei modelli novità di prossima uscita. Sono tempi troppo Lunghi di attesa e .

Niente da criticare. Professionalità ai massimi livelli. Basta vedere la cura dell''imballaggio per evitare danni alla merce. Trovo anche molto interessante la possibilità di trovare notizie su modelli fuori commercio tramite la voce enciclopedia del sito.

Avec Carmodel nous n'avons jamais eu de problèmes seulement avec GLS la société de transport qui engage des livreurs mal intentionnés c'est la raison pour laquelle on a jamais reçu les colis vu que les signatures sont celles des livreurs.

L'unico consiglio che posso dare è quello di continuare così. Fra le altre cose apprezzo moltissimo l'enciclopedia che offre la possibilità di conoscere anche modelli non più in produzione. Professionalità ai massimi livelli.
