The customer ordered some models in presale. These were not actually available abd there was a date of issue of the models. We had never talked about a refund because when the customers buys a model in presale knows that it is necessary to wait to get the model. Of course, we'll refund the customer immediatly, from the moment that he has not understood the policy of the models in presale. Thank you, Best regards

there was a delay in shipping due to a damaged handle door of which you were informed but the parcel was send soon after we solved the issue and tracking shows that you have received it
