I was a little worried when I placed the order that I was being silly ordering a hand crafted glass product from Italy and expecting it to arrive in Australia intact. I was overjoyed at how easy the order process was, a little trepidatious as I watched the almost daily briefs from the shipping company on where my package was in the world on it's way to me, then a smartly dressed and very polite courier some 2.5 weeks after ordering hand delivers my pristine package to my door! I live in a small town in a remote part of Tasmania, to say that having anything arrive quickly, and without damage here is almost miraculous. The product is absolutely beautiful ( gift wrapped and under the tree for it's recipient on the 25th).
So thank you! I will be shopping with you again in the future!

Les produits sont de qualité mais le site internet est très mauvais. Les caractéristiques de taille d'un produit sont différentes au sein du même page, pas facile de commander. Sans compter que le site propose à la vente des produits "en stock" qui ne le sont pas en réalité, très mauvaise gestion qui oblige à l'annulation de commande. Dommage que le site soit aussi déplorable car cela ne donne pas envie de revenir.

Ordered and paid for an item and I received a different item. Moreover, they were unwilling to send me the correct piece, return my money and facilitate the return of the incorrect item they sent. or
Even though to this day they claim the item and color I ordered is in stock, they sent the item I purchased in a different and not acceptable color. They fully knew the color I wanted and ordered, and they sent me a different color which they previously wanted to do in lieu of the color I ordered.
They won't correct the issue necessitating a credit card dispute. This issue gives one the impression of a bait and switch type matter. By sending me the wrong item, they created a secondary issue of returning the fragile and incorrect item.
Most reputable companies would send a return label, preferably ensured, in order to help facilitate correcting their error; however, they did not do this either, and, in fact, did not respond to me further.

Dear customer, as of agreements with our terms of sale, the glass colors could be a little different from the pictures, and video screen.
You have 14 days to return the items and get a full refund.

A Wonderful Experience Led to Lasting Friends
Prior to visiting Venice, Italy, I found this shop on the Internet. Watching their videos, I knew I wanted to see more. I wrote an email asking questions and I got an answer from Gianluca. We corresponded for several months about the shop and how to get there from the hotel we were going to be staying in.
During our first visit to Venice, Italy in October 2023, We went to their shop and had a personal tour and saw how they made a vase and a horse. It was extremely a miracle.
Since then, I have purchased a beautiful necklace for Valentine’s Day.
I trust this shop with my purchases and you should too.

There is nothing in the world more beautiful than a piece of original Murano glass. I’ve been collecting it for awhile now—and I can always tell the difference between Murano glass and any other type of glass. I haven’t been able to afford any of the larger, more expensive pieces to date—but I do hope for that day to one day come.

I live in the U.S. and purchased ART COD. ID: 3153. I was kept updated on the delivery status by both DHL and OMG. The product matched what was depicted in the photos. The packaging was very robust. The only thing that I would point out is that the sizes for this product were listed in a dropdown list, and it was not immediately apparent to me that the product was available in multiple sizes.

When I called, the CSR was very kind and clear. My order arrived within the week that she stated it would. I LOVE the jewelry.
Only thing I can think of to do better: perhaps put the measurement of the item? I bought a pair of earrings that were quite long. My friend still liked them though. Gorgeous work!

The dish I bought is absolutely beautiful!! I bought the same one on holiday in Venice. My daughter broke it! So searched online for a similar one. There are many fakes out there. But this company is the real deal! It looks exactly like the one my daughter broke! Very fast delivery too!! Very happy

Beautiful item, stunning in the light. Well packaged & quick delivery of just 2-3 days to the uk.
Just be prepared for possible import duty tax, I had to pay another £77 which I wasn’t expecting after a message from DHL before it was allowed into the UK.

Beautiful Murano glass
