I've been a customer for four years now and I just love you. The quality, the fast shipping with DPD and the packaging are just great. Even the little gifts. The only thing is that the 10% discount no longer works. Which I don't understand. If I get vouchers, that should work too. I also once asked for a reseller discount. Unfortunately, this is also not an option, even though I order a lot from you. Unfortunately, your customer support is really not ideal. When I write you an e-mail, I never get an answer to my question or problem 100% of the time. The same goes for the contact form. I personally find that a great pity. It used to work much better via Etsy. Try to work on it or hire someone who only deals with answering questions. As an idea and constructive criticism.
