I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

I’ve ordered items and then the day of delivery, I’ll check status and see that part of my order isn’t available and I’m getting a refund. No notification - just there the day of. Zero apology just some bullshit 10% coupon that can only be used on fully priced items. This has happened to me at least 4 times. Terrible customer service. Quality of products have gone down but the prices are getting higher.

1. Delivery is a nightmare. This could be delivered on time more.
2. One item in my order was broken and returned for replacement but I was never notified until I received my order and there is a missing item. Only found out about this when I called to tell them that I’m missing and, and the consultant is like oh ja it’s the sunglasses they broke we’ll send them later. Problem here is communication.😗

I had a bad experience. Twice they brought me wrong shoe size and eventually processed a refund which I didn’t ask for, because 2 weeks later the shoe was out of stock. Packers must make sure they pack correct items. Had they gave me the correct size from the start, I wouldn’t be sitting here with the item I ordered. I ordered uk7m but got uk8. They made the same mistake twice by delivering wrong size

GOOD DAY, I ORDERED A UK Pierre Cardin Zoeli 2 grey, R421, I got a UK3 Sardine 8 Sneaker Bright Multi (not my taste and not my order and not my size. I sent it back for return, ordered the Zoeli 2 again got the same UK3 wrong shoe again. The agents helped me very well with it all, but not a good experience. I was looking forward to the shoes at such a good price, it's a pity.

Better selection?
Better selection of available items. I do the larger size clothes and note that a lot of the items displayed - tops - have been on the site for a VERY long time at the same prices - a lot of the clothes are out-dated makes it less interesting to buy. Also when looking at the Household goods for sale - same issue, the items there have been there for a long time at still too high prices for sale items.

Train customer fashion assistants to serve customers, resolve queries and not cause more frustration. Please also use services of courier companies who are able to deliver at the chosen address - Aramex and RAM deliver my orders all the time however it was such a challenge getting my order delivered. I even received an email stating that I will be refunded since my address is invalid - a blatant lie.

My order did not arrive on time
In fact, 2 days after the delivery date I had to phone for an update. It’s now been a week and I am still waiting.
Terrible communication, management that is either incompetent or does not care, and a big waste of my time and energy.
Will never use this store for anything again… even if they’re the last people on earth who stock it.

I have a problem with delivery women who treat customers like we're begging them to make the deliveries to us. One lady reported by delivery as delivered before it got to my place and after 20 minutes she called me when I had already reported that I got a notification that my package has been delivered without actually arriving and she gave me attitude about it.

Where is my order??
My order was delayed, but there was no communication regarding the delay.
When the order was finally delivered, only 1 of 2 items I ordered was delivered, but on the app it shows that both items were delivered. It is now almost a week later with multiple back-and-forths and my second item is still MIA and no one can tell me if or when it will be delivered.

Shopping, Ordering and Delivering all an absolute delight HOWEVER my CC details were not kept secure and shortly afterward a stranger attempted to purchase from Takealot on my card resulting in my bank’s fraud department detecting the transaction and calling me.
I can’t remember when last I bought from Takealot so this is very suspicious.

I am appalled at the service from Superbalist helpdesk. I have logged 2 calls requesting feedback regarding my return on order number 21519161 with not response. I have also called into the call center to request feedback and escalation only for the agent to drop my call! Disgusted!!!! I am waiting 8 days for my refund to be processed!

My order took long, only to be advised trust thereysn inventory error do was not able to get my sunglasses. They will processes refund. W waited for Black Friday to get the sunglasses. But the time they told me they don’t have them in stock it was too late to find turn on special an anywhere for that price range. Not impressed.

Blah! Blah and more blah, and and .....excuse after excuse. When the delivery time frame, fails don't wait till the customer complains, use your system. You can see exactly all issue, but choose that passive aggressive stance, wait for the customer. You have lost me, I deleted my account, and will not use your platform again.

3rd: i used the 40% off voucher but again could only use it on items i could not actually get 40%
4th: when i ordered you cancelled 1 of my items again

Collection scheduled but not attempted. Parcel left with complex guards as were out. No one came to collect but received a message saying collection attempted but could not be done. Not attempt was made - not the first time this has happened when I think drivers realize they won’t complete all scheduled collections.

I'm disappointed as I haven't received two of my refunds since last week. I contact your customer care and no one picks up. Unless one opts for a refund to the wallet it doesn't seem one gets their refund.

Worst service ever! Arranged a collection for a pair of flip flops that didn’t fit. Over a week later and I’m still waiting for a credit and you’ve come to collect the same pair of flip flops five times since it was initially collected more then a week ago! Sort your systems out and refund me my money!

I ordered frames in natural wood, material “wood”, made in Germany. What I received as plastic vinyl frames made in China. Poor quality and poorly made with glue sticking out and chips in the plastic. I unfortunately didn’t have the time to argue or replace them as I needed them for an exhibition.

They need to change their courier because it’s trash there’s always issues with delivering items to some areas. If they don’t feel like doing deliveries they pretend as if it’s your fault,they tried to deliver but didn’t get ahold of the customer and they know very well that’s a damn lie.
