I like the fact that Superbalist really cater for the plussize woman. All too often plussize clothing are outdated, frumpy and just not nice. We also struggle with trendy styles, things are nit true to size etc but Superbalist has really delivered 70% of the time so far. There is a lot they can improve on since the South African market has a lot of potential for plussize woman.
Another BIG issue is finding boots for people with big calves. I have big calves and have to buy my boots from the UK cause NOWHERE in SA I can find them. Otherwise I have to take them to someone who then adds a piece of leather so they can fit me. I bought a pair from the Butterfly label (my fav because the shoes are always so comfortable) and they fit beautiful till I have to zip it closed. I have always been disappointed with knee hight boots in South Africa.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

Its either they cancel your order without your knowledge or your order get is not delivered on time due to one excuse or the other or you wait weeks to be later told what you ordered is out of stock. Very unreliable and to think I have been buying from them for years...

I'm not because the service doesn't have cash on dilivery all that say not in the option wich is so irrelevant to us who have some cash access sometimes ,we can not afford cards every but but especially 100 -1000 rand cash on dilivery must be always available.

Poor communication. After placing my order I only got to know what’s happening with it through the app. No SMS was sent to me and it was stated that the delivery team will reach out to me about the delivery since they couldn’t find the address.

The first time I downloaded the app, I wasn't able to reset my password. I was spammed for days by emailers. I then realised it was probably a fraudulent app and uninstalled it.
I then eventually rather went online as opposed to using the app.

I was sent a dirty yoga mat, which I returned for an exchange. Then they delivered the exact same dirty mat as the exchange. It is suede and cannot be washed without damaging it. I am not happy with my first purchase through Superbalist.

Poor fit, silly design. I’m always a medium and this was too small. The cross back design is also really inconvenient bc its difficult to fasten clasp at the back and it doesn’t have a simple stretch to just pull over your head.

What you can do is update your app to stop accepting delivery fee for township addresses because your drivers dont want to deliver in townships because they get mugged. So rather create a collection point

They dont pick up the fone for hours, they deliver wrong orders sometimes, cancell some of the items and till today no refund has been paid another order took almost 3weeks ay poor and unreliable service
