Trusted Distributor for International Baby Food. We’ve tried another distributor and it gave our son horrible GI upset. Always arrives quickly (unless it gets stuck in customs) and in perfect condition.

Customer service is non existent. I've Reached out on one order asking for expedited shipping and I'd pay what ever it costs and received no response. Another order was shipped and they apparently did not file the correct paper work with customs. I received the notice (see attached picture). I reached out to their support again asking for assistance and getting this released from customs. Again they just ignored me. So I've moved on and started ordering from another supplier.

6 of the 14 cans were received damaged to varying degrees. The box was in tact which means this was a warehouse handling issue. Received an email from customer support saying they were fine and would offer me a 10% discount. Typically I avoid any canned good that has damage. Therefore, Until their quality department can confirm the contents inside the containers are safe for consumption, I do not plan on giving these to my infant.

Since the cans were unfortunately slightly dented during the process of delivery, there are no effects on the contents or the quality of the delivered products. As long as the product is not opened and there is no contact with water or air, the quality of your order is good and product is safe for consumption. Delay orders and damaged formulas

I have been ordering formula theough babysbestfood for 1.5 years but the last two orders has not been a good experience. Last order was delayed and showed up in busted boxes with multiple of the formula containers damaged. Our recent order has not arrived yet even though it was ordered over a week ago. Very disappointed

no communication, took longer than promised

After placing my order with expedite 1-5 day shipping, I never got any confirmation or receipt and waited 8 days for my formula to arrive at which it was too late. They don’t communicate with you and don’t bother to answer their phones or emails no matter what time of day . I will not be buying through them ever again

I don’t recommend this website at all they send me food which is expiring in 20days . And I emailed them regarding this issues they don’t even bother to respond my email. Never going to order anything from this website . very disappointing service.

They sent me the wrong items and have not responded to any of my emails to correct the order. It is very unprofessional to completely ignore my requests to correct their own error.

I’ll never use them again. they have poor operational processes - it took 2.5 business days for my order to be shipped and as you know that is terrible, they should know parents need the baby food shipped efficiently. If we would’ve know they would’ve wasted two days we would ordered elsewhere, which we will do with our next $300 order. avid this company.

Still haven’t received my order; it was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. I also wrote to the company a few emails and no one has even bother to respond. I have purchased from this company a few times before and never had an issue so don’t know what is going on

I made a purchase by KENDAMIL GOAT, I didn't get a purchase confirmation only that they received the order and I got KENDAMIL ORGANIC, I needed the one because my daughter is allergic!
