Kjempe produkt i seg selv. Men ett sant helvete, å da mener jeg helvete, og installere. Ville heller spart meg for 500kr i stress enn og brukt lette 5000,- på en ny maskin. Det er en patent fra helvete, tynn stål vaier, som har en fjør i enden, som skal "låse" fast pakningen i bakkant. Denne må du bestille verktøy til, enten fra spesial grossist, eller temu som du må vente på i hvertfall 2 uker, med ingen sikkerhet i det du får levert. . Nei dette skulle det vært en stor OBS, under produktet, OBS HUSK SPESIAL VERKTØY!! Maken til dritt opplegg kan jeg ikke huske. Wow! Samle hele slekten når far skal til og reparere vaskemaskinen, for dette blir ett show!, PG18.

Ordered a thermostat for a combifridge by Ikea/whirlpool. The thermostat should fit according to the model and type number. When it arrived and I tried installing it, it didn't fit as it was physically completely different. As shown by the attached picture of the light bulb holder part of the package. The picture shows the old and the new part. I contacted customer service. The response time was extremely slow. It ended up in me not being able to return the product. I enquired about another product that would fit. Fix Parts gave me a link to a product. I communicated to them that the product picture was identical to the part I had received that did not fit. Customer service claimed the new part would fit. Thus I ordered the new part. When it arrived, it was in fact identical to the first one and thus did not fit. Customer service has so far not responded to my latest claim to have them refund my purchase and cover my return transport costs, it has been several days since my request. I would urge people to not use Fix Parts. If something goes wrong, they don't step up for the customer even when they are at clear fault.

Dårlig produktinformasjon. Skulle kjøpe en hylle til kjøleskapet og fant rett i forhold til nr på kjøleskap. Lite informasjon om at stangen til hyllen (var en flaskehylle) måtte tas vare på. Det leste jeg i kommentarfeltet fra kunde. Det viste seg også at hullene i hyllen jeg fikk, var på feil side i forhold til hvor metallstangen jeg tok vare på fra den ødelagte hylle var. Endte meg at vi måtte modifisere.

Jeg bestilte tilsammen 5 deler til 2 støvsugere basert på søk med produktnr. Ingen av delene passet. Det var lett å fylle ut returskjema, men jeg har ikke fått respons på dette og får ikke returnert varene. Det er nå 3-4 dager siden. Når det gjelder kjøp og mas om tilbakemelding er det ingen ventetid. Håper jeg får tilsendt returdokumenter og nye produkter snart.

My order was a mistake, and I tried immediately to cancel it. However, the product was sent to me anyway, and arrived some days later. Since then, I have tried to return the product, but I have not yet received any instructions of how and where to return the package, nor have I received any return label.

Order a card for power to my Bosch oven, tried to get in contact with them in the morning next day to stop it from sending. Because it was not possible to return the item. Did not get in touch with them and they did not respond to my mails before after they had sent it. Stay away from them!!!!!

Skulle kjøpe front til en Samsung rs50n3403sa, fikk 2 valg men det var umulig og skille disse to i annonsen. Kjølsdel skuffen er breiere en fryse delen, så når skuffen kom var det til feil skuff. Ikke helt det store. Det er bredde forskjell på kjøl og frys. Levering gikk greit.

Dere oppga 1-3 dagers leveringstid på denne varen, som også var på lager. Det tok imidlertid nesten 2 uker før jeg mottok den. Det gikk hele 4 dager før Bring mottok varen iflg sporingen. Dette bør kunne forbedres.

Rask levering, men en del av låsemekanismen og en stålfjær lå løs i pakken. Men jeg har greid å få det på plass. Dessuten så jeg etterpå at prisene var betydelig lavere hos elektrolux.no
