Great service.
Disappointed I ordered several items an the very next day (actually just a few hours later) they put everything on sale and also introduced the bid what you want to pay. I was disappointed for items that hadnt been fulfilled yet and didnt have the opportunity to receive the lower price. As a valued repeat customer I would have expected to have received the same sale price.
All items I ordered were packed together in one box, which is obviously cost efficient and environment-friendly, but the unboxing experience was slightly disappointing and felt a bit cheap in relation to the amount I paid. Just a plain brown box with items wrapped in plastic... the flyer with tips how to keep neoprene good was nice, but there is room for improving the customer experience.

North Atmos board. Pictures of the board, on the website were not the right one. Straps send with the board were not from North mark, but an other mark, without any message before, from Kitemania. This 2 points will be the reasons why I will never buy again with them, any kite materials. I feel really too abused by Kitemania.

Returns expensive
Returning an article can be quite expensive, I paid 20,- Euros for sending back a wetsuit that didn’t fit. Otherwise I was happy with what I got.
