Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast. The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband. I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size. it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns. but to summarize: you are good :-)

Disappointing that import taxes are not dealt with at source, which is not clear when purchasing, and then has to be paid direct to the carrier (UPS). I won't order direct again unless this situation changes.
