Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast.
The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband.
I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size.
it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns.
but to summarize: you are good :-)
I thought it would work out cheaper buying direct from Helikon but after taxes and delivery costs ended up paying 20-30% more than if I’d ordered from a uk supplier. Consider redirecting UK customers to a local supplier in future? Also ordered same sizing in different styles but one style was too small to wear.

Des produits beau et d'excellente qualité pour un prix raisonnable. Des innovations et de bonnes idées inédites. Par contre les promotions sont trop sélectives, peu d'articles à la fois et trop rares. Et les frais de port ne sont offert qu'à partir de 200e (trop élevé). Mais c'est clairement ma marque de fringues préféré.

Great experience with this company- the size I ordered initially was too small- returned and refunded. My second order came in great time too. Very comfortable trousers for hillwalking- non restrictive and move with you, plenty of length on the leg for movement upwards that don’t expose the ankles. Would highly recommend

I’ve purchased the Swagman Roll, Poncho and the Covert M-65 Jacket. Every item has been absolutely fantastic. Great build quality, excellent value. The jacket is loaded with Isabel features and the swagman roll is super versatile. I’ve used it for the quilt, poncho liner and blanket, and it performs each task well.

What should I say? Always fast deliveries and great products. Design is very nice, Quality is good. For my favorite products I wish Helikon would even offer a premium product line made with even more durable materials. However, I love the products. Best regards from Denmark!

Ich trage jetzt seit über zwei Jahren nurnoch das heli Zeug und beanspruchen es manchmal über Gebühr (Schweiß und metallarbeiten) bis auf einen kleinen riss ( ripstop sei dank) keine Schäden

UPS forwarding service is very poor. They do not deliver parcels to the address. They make a record in the system that the package has been delivered, but it's not. Instead, they keep dropping packages to the collection point.

Good quality product AND really fast delivery.
I just stopped to order my products at local shops from Germany or amazon.
They are quick, payment options are great and delivery via UPS is reliable.
Highly recommend them!
Has a great range of clothing, which are very durable and very affordable. All products have a very clear explanation of their features with pictures, but often also with a small video with very appealling music. Great.

Ammo box it’s very good product.
The bushcraft dump pouch is a beautiful product but the closing system needs to be improved as it is inconvenient and inefficient. I would use a rigid thread rather than an elastic one.

Catalog a bit confusing
Website is a bit confusing when looking for a specific product - takes lot of time to find the difference between two similar trousers for example that are a lot alike

Super fine jacket, which is of very good quality and solid. In terms of cut, great to wear both casual and in the field. Waterproof with Fjallraven wax and some effort ;)
