My first time buying something from this store and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish everything has been perfect. Alena, from customer support, swiftly answered my question about their stock about a product and informed me they were restocking soon. Shortly after I received the info that they indeed had re-estocked the exact product I needed, that was imported from Nevada in the U.S.. The price was BY FAR the best in all european distributors. The attention has been superb and from the time of delivery to the packaging it came from was great. It even included a couple cute stickers and a little handwritten message from one of the employees thanking for the purchase. I will definetly recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for hard to find ultralight equipment in Europe, and I look forward for making more purchases in the future.

Customer service is not responsive to answer questions (you have to follow up to get answers and the answers are often slow to come); the impossibility of paying in several installments is damaging. However: once the order is placed, the shipping is very fast and the follow-up is very good.
