My order was returned to bike-discount by DHL without any reasons (delivery in Switzerland). I called Bike-discount and they offered me to either reimburse me or send it again free of charge. I called a few times to have updates and everything I could talk to someone who replied to my questions. They also replied to my emails within 2 days. Overall, it took a little bit of time (quite normal during the end of the year holiday season). My order finally arrived and I'm very happy with it. If you're not in a hurry, you can order on bike-discount.

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Thank you for your order and review. The difference you describe is probably due to the fact that your country's VAT must be taken into account. This is a legal requirement. If you log in to your account at the start of the process, or select your country of delivery, this should be taken into account. Otherwise, you will see the correct price at checkout. Please note that our system cannot recognise the country of delivery until this has been entered. Thank you for your understanding.

Really bad customer service Bought a Shimano Groupset R7100 mechanical and got the wrong cassette in the box now they refuse to replace the cassette Cassette that came in the box is called CS-R7100 and is for electronic di system and not suitable for mechanical system... Cassette I should have received is called CS-R7101 Have emailed the compatibility chart which proves that the cassette does not

Disappointing customer experience

Instead of 1-3 days delivery took two weeks. Shipment was lost. Nobody seem to know where it was. Apology from the company came after me wondering their customer service policies and no apologies policy. Apoligy to my opinion is the least company should/could do. To avoid bad customer experience and that to be told forward, =bad publicity. Quite often companies apologies and gives discount for not reaching their customer promise. That did not happen. When not hearing anything from company I started to wonder if this is ligimate company at all. All in all very poor customer experience. I’m surpriced if one star feedback ever get public.

I never received my parcel. DHL couldn't deliver it for some mistake and I was told by you to take contact with DHL and Posti to solve this problem. I paid home delivery and it should be in your hands to clear delivery problems. I suggest you send me the ordered parcel once again. I ordered a battery charger for my e bike, I said the make, the model and two times they sent the wrong one. I spent € 50 on postage so bike discount was not a good experience I ended up going to the shop and spending more money and lost €50

In our webshop we inform you transparently in several places about the assumption of the return costs. In the case of justified complaints, we will of course cover the full shipping costs, regardless of the country. We ask for your understanding!
