My order was returned to bike-discount by DHL without any reasons (delivery in Switzerland). I called Bike-discount and they offered me to either reimburse me or send it again free of charge. I called a few times to have updates and everything I could talk to someone who replied to my questions. They also replied to my emails within 2 days. Overall, it took a little bit of time (quite normal during the end of the year holiday season). My order finally arrived and I'm very happy with it. If you're not in a hurry, you can order on bike-discount.
Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Due to the current high volume of orders in our shop, the processing and delivery of your bike will take a little longer.
All ordered bikes have to be completely assembled, checked and packed by our mechanics before they are shipped to our customers in order to ensure a high quality standard upon delivery. This time-consuming and labour-intensive quality standard must be maintained by us in order to ensure that our bikes are in perfect condition when they are delivered to our customers.

Missing products & ridiculous customer support
I ordered 8 products products (550 EUR worth) and got delivered 2 products (less than 200 EUR worth). On top of that, the Assos bib shorts came unboxed and out of the package. Just thrown in the delivery box with some paper. Imagine paying for an iphone and getting it in bulk along with a cable and a box...
The customer support agent asked me for pictures of the delivered box and stopped answering my mails for 2 weeks.
I got to another support via the phone, but agent keeps demanding pictures of the delivered box (at this point 2 weeks from delivery date), like a f***** robot.
As if it would somehow prove that I am missing a saddle, two jerseys and what not. Now I am missing urgent gear for a race, wasting time writing pointless emails and I am down 350+ EUR.
My experience is ridiculous beyond belief!

Web shop is oudated. No posibility to edit or cancel order even right after the purchase is made. I've not seen this poor web site for 15 years. Following instructions, only way I could've change the wrong item in order was to wait package arrive, PRINT A PAPER (in 2024), fill it and send back the wrong item. And then get the correct one. I tried email right after noticing the error, but no luck there.

If an order is already being processed in logistics, it can no longer be changed, we are sure this is understandable. It can therefore happen that an order cannot be changed immediately after it has been received. Of course, you always have the option of exercising your right of cancellation.

Nicht zu Bestellen!
Ich habe ein Bike bestellt am 9. Juli. Der shop hat der Fahrrad 20 Tage lang nicht zusammengestellt obwohl der Gesammtlieferzeit lag bei 14 Tage. Es ist jetzt 30 Tage und ich habd den Fahrrad nicht erhalten. Die geben immer blöde Ausreden, die Kunde wird nicht informiert über lange lieferzeit. Die Shop bei Anfrage hilft nicht weiter , wenn sie gestellt werden warum die Bestellung nicht ankommt.

Alle bestellten Fahrräder müssen von unseren Mechanikern komplett montiert, geprüft und verpackt werden, bevor sie an unsere Kunden verschickt werden, um einen hohen Qualitätsstandard bei der Auslieferung zu gewährleisten. Dieser zeit- und arbeitsintensive Qualitätsstandard muss von uns aufrechterhalten werden, um einen einwandfreien Auslieferungszustand unserer Fahrräder für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten. The processing time is slow. Waiting 14 days for item on stock is insane. All the responses i got were AI generated and now DHL shipping time is 9 days from Germany to Slovenia? All together almost 1 month for item you had in stock in shipped within EU. By the way I still didnt recieve order.

I didn't received yet my order. The parcel company in Spain (DHL) cut delivery address (It was incomplete) so they weren't able to deliver the package. I phone them twice to reclaim delivery... I'm still waiting they could solve that problem. From agusto the 12th

We do not take pictures of box if its not broken or not damaged.

Due to your misleading information on tour pages concerning sizes I ordered the wrong size. You did not want to stand for the return freight so I had to pay 2x freight without getting the shoes. Very poor service!
