My order was returned to bike-discount by DHL without any reasons (delivery in Switzerland). I called Bike-discount and they offered me to either reimburse me or send it again free of charge. I called a few times to have updates and everything I could talk to someone who replied to my questions. They also replied to my emails within 2 days. Overall, it took a little bit of time (quite normal during the end of the year holiday season). My order finally arrived and I'm very happy with it. If you're not in a hurry, you can order on bike-discount.

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Wrong item sent. I'm paying the price?

When ordering my fox shock online, there were several listings with exactly the same title. When placing my order there was no mention the item was for an Ebike... I own a standard leg powered bike. When the item arrived, it is Ebike tuned. The item is not what I ordered. And when I try to get support the team are taking days to reply, and not giving full thorough responses. I am left waiting now wondering why I have to pay return costs from the UK for an issue that is not my fault. I am very disappointed with this service. The discount I received has now been offset by the inconvenience and stress caused. Please sort this out!

Poor delivery, damage, poor customer service

Delivered a high end kids bike with minimal packaging, resulting in 2 large chips to the paint on the fork. Offered a 30 euro voucher as compensation. With the deliver costing 80 euro alone, this was of little benefit. To top it off, part of my order, for other products, was cancelled and refunded. Disappointed and will shop with the other major German online retailer from now on, as I have done previously with no issue.

Timescales stated 10 -15 days ......wrong

Timescales stated 10 -15 days . Day 13 i contacted Bike discount and they stated would receive an email by the end of the week. DHL Courier stated we refused consignment who didnt attend our address (COVERED BY CCTV) , no contact from courier , i had to mail them and was informed they would be in touch in 24/48 hrs to rearrange, now day 21 and still no bike has arrived

All ordered bikes have to be completely assembled, checked and packed by our mechanics before they are shipped to our customers in order to ensure a high quality standard upon delivery. This time-consuming and labour-intensive quality standard must be maintained by us to ensure that our bikes are in perfect condition when they are delivered to our customers. They sell good products, but manipulate prices when placing an order. They deceived me when placing two orders and reject all claims. Now the European consumer protection service and the police are dealing with this. I recommend that buyers carefully check how the prices of the goods change after adding to the basket and during the order.

Actually, the prices should already adjust if you have selected the correct delivery country. Ideally, you should log in to your customer account before making a purchase. As the customer, you are responsible for any import duties. Sometimes it also helps to refresh the browser. In any case, the prices displayed during checkout are correct.
