Bij aankoop bleek achteraf niet alles op voorraad en levering niet naar wens

Bij aankoop was alles op voorraad, maar achteraf was één van de twee producten toch niet op voorraad. Het andere product zou de volgende dag geleverd worden, maar dat werd 2 dagen later. De transporteur TNT Fedex laat in zijn tracking niet zien wanneer hij komt, maar meldt alleen dat ie ergens op de dag komt voor 18.00 uur. Kortom je moet de hele dag thuisblijven.

The customer service was very good.

The customer service was very good! I like that the store is in the center of Rotterdam. As a bassist Volt music store would be my go to music store, if there was more guitar/bass related stuff. For synth and music production the store is great as it is.

Nice store, not a large selection in the store itself but what they do have is quite well curated. Shop is combined with a bicycle store (with a really nice selection as well).
