Cooking life had the perfect sized stainless steel trivets for me - 3 sizes as opposed to most only providing 2. They looked to be of superior quality to anything I could order from a uk based company where I live. I firstly checked Trust Pilot and was hesitant to order as many poor reviews. I then checked Trusted shops and reviews there gave confidence to go further. I emailed cooking life to check I could contact them and to check items in stock. I received a prompt response, ordered, received confirmation and delivery information. They arrived yesterday via fedex and Royal Mail. I am super pleased with the quality of the trivets and happy to recommend this company.

1. make sure the posted customer service telephone number works.
2. respond to emails letting the customer know you working on their issue. real emails from a knowledgeable person, not an auto generated email. If you ask the customer a question in an email (such as “do you want to cancel the order?”), then you should confirm when they respond to you.

USB rechargeable and wireless mini chopper
Great shopping experience with this seller, order was processed right away and shipped as well. My item arrived in perfect condition and even got a small thank you item 😊. Would 100 percent recommend them again
My new mini chopper (wireless mini chopper) is super handy, ideal to move around the kitchen and using it it's super easy; just one go and my onions were ready to be added to my pico de gallo. A kitchen essential!

Excellent company and gorgeous glasses all of which arrived safely. We live in the U.K. and asked a couple of questions re VAT and customs charges and were given swift and informative answers.
We were also given assurances that if any issues arose to get in touch and they would be sorted.

Part of the order wasn’t in stock
The smaller part of my order arrived quickly and beautifully packed. An elephant could have sat on it without damage
The communications are excellent
I am just awaiting the main item. So it’s a bit early to be giving feedback really; That would be the only conceivable downside, being asked for feedback before the order is complete

Plates came smashed.
With the original order plates came smashed, looks like they were dropped before packing. Got replacement plates and they came OK in fact the replacement was no quibble. The only thing I would say is that communication was scarce unlike with the original order and I was surprised when they turned up. Can’t fault the plates though and are very nice

Cookinglife delivered quickly and well packed.
I wanted to add some more bowls to my collection of Villeroy Boch rock and found the rock glow 24cm just what I wanted and at a very keen price so I ordered them from cookinglife expecting them to take at least a week to be delivered but all 4 arrived within days, well packed and arriving with care.

My parcel arrived on time,well packaged & no breakages.
My only problem was that the address was incomplete on the invoice.I did email "cookinglife" to ask them to amend the address prior to shipping but they did not reply.
Still.....very happy with the service provided by this company.

Do better: was delivered in quite a large box. This protected the knife very well but we wonder could a smaller box have done the same job of protection. In our household we are quite sustainability conscious.
