I was searching for Joolz aer+ on Google and it took me a while to finally discover the babyplus. It was the first time that I have ever seen the web so I did a little research to see if it’s legit. It turns out to have many many positive comments. I was surprised by how promptly the staff responded to my inquiry through email and they hve been very helpful and understanding throughout the whole time. Received the products in Spain within 1 week, and much better price comparing what I can possibly get here. Very satisfactory purchase and definitely will recommend the web to anyone in need for baby stuff.

I ordered a high chair on babyplus (stokke steps) for more than €250 which I never received. Customer service is very unresponsive and does not respond to my emails. I had to contact DPD several times (paid calls) but they cannot do anything until the seller contacts them. DPD indicates on the tracker that the package has been returned to the sender while Babyplus sends me an email saying that the package has been delivered to my address
