I bought already two lamps. I was really satisfied with the first one (wall slimpeace pure oak) and ordered a second one (empty box pure oak) for above the kitchen island. It arrived well but when I opened it, I saw it was damaged on one side despite the very good protective packaging it was delivered on. I contacted customer service and a new lamp was delivered. All very efficient and a great service. I love the wood as it adds a lot of warmth into our living space. Good value for money.

I still have not received the lights. I had a UPS sticker on my door today stating that I owe them an additional $75 before delivering. This was never indicated on the purchase so not impressed at all. Sadly I will be returning without seeing the product D Patchett
