Both items arrived in designated time ,new and original. Price was best I could find by far. Was a bit hesitant ordering to start with but now I will definitely order again if the price is right. Did not have to deal with costumer support so can't comment on that.

I placed several orders and in the last 2, I got one of the items wrong. I had to send it back and place another order and, also the following was wrong. I contacted the support and the first time they came back to me many days after and the following they did not even reply. Not sure if it's the standard but definitely something to take into account because if something goes wrong with your order support it's not good.
