I ordered a coat here on December 21, but the company is based in Poland and only works with Gls for shipping. I live in Belgium and I placed the order thinking that my parcel would arrive before the holidays, but it is December 28 and the parcel is still in Poland. I am angry because of the slow delivery company.
However, I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to start the cancellation procedure. Iryna explained how it would take and tried to help me. Now I have no product and no refund. I have to wait for the product to be returned. It's too late to place a new order. It's a disappointment.
