I purchased and paid for a product Mancini displayed and described on their website. They shipped me an entirely different item to the USA FedEx international. As I cannot use this product, I contacted customer service twice now over two weeks ago to see how to correct this and obtain the correct item. I have yet to receive any response.

Your packaging is really bad , we had 2 broken packs ,it seams that you put in some very old stock with rests of old price tickets and even packs without the name Modostuc in dirty white. Theire is also 1 pot of beechwood missing.
