I like that you have a lot of goods in the store, from cheap to expensive and good quality of them. I like that discounts appear sometimes.
I don't like that I can apply only 1 voucher to shopping cart, not a voucher per each 75 euro in my cart.
I hate expensive devilery to Lithuania and giant amount (300 euro) to get free shipping.
Not all goods are present on .com website that present on the .nl website and discounts provided in Instagram doesn't work for .com website
Also there is a technical issue - when you apply voucher and go checkout and then come back to the website to change something in the cart - all applied vouchers will be removed and marked as used

When I am adding stuff into basket, it shows that it's available. After filling order and payment, it shows suddenly that some items are unavailable and delivery can change. Then moves for very later time than expected, but it really didn't show me while choosing the stuff that it's not available. It's frustrating to never know if I will receive stuff in time or if it will move and how long will I wait for it at the end. It was like this also with orders before.

User friendly website and speedy delivery. Item did however break open during transit and had spilt out into the cardboard box on arrival. Thankfully cardboard box was well taped so I managed to recover all of the item

Todo perfecto.
Los productos son tal como estaban descritos en la página web y el envío rápido y estaba bien protegido.
La única cosa que no me ha gustado de Agradi es que confunden al comprador con los precios de coste del envío (en mi caso 25€) cuando se suponía que tenían que ser gratuitos (el pedido total superaba los 200€).
Pero bueno... aún así me compensaba hacer el pedido con lo que me ahorraba en los productos adquiridos

Changing delivery time

Customer servise communication is very bad. Also I ordered catago battery and it's probably broken. I have original charger for that but the battery is not able to be fully charged. For my old other one the light is green when fully charged but for this still orange.

Impressive Selection of Goods
The online catalogue is great. Good pictures and descriptions of the items. A great range of products. Delivery time is acceptable - we live in Portugal, so nothing ever reaches us fast! In a digital age, one would think that a physical catalogue would be unnecessary, but including one with an order is a great idea. The current Autumn/Winter 2023/2024 edition sits next to my computer, and I pick it up during moments when I'm waiting for things to happen online. The quality pictures remind me of all the lovely things in Agradi I might like to buy :-)
