I am extremely satisfied with my order. The interaction with Light11 completely met my expectations. The large chandelier was delivered by cargo shipment without any damages or delays. Additionally, the price of the chandelier was lower than on other websites, and the shipping was free.

I refunded my light that I puchased as it was too small and I wanted the larger light. The return was confirmed as received on September 25th but I still have not received a confirmation of my refund amount. Also i ordered the larger light which was meant to arrive in early October and I canceled this as the delivery date was moved out to November but I did not receive an email stating I will be refunded.

I made very bad experience with light11.eu. They repeatedly send broken lampes, apparently not doing minimal quality assurance, such as: does the light goes on if I switch the on button. After sending the lamp back the replacement was not functionning again. And they were also affected by a data breach with credit card information stolen. A total NO-GO. Stay away!

Should give realistic delivery date, not to wait for months without any information when the product will be delivered even though it was payed in full. You can at least offer an option to change the order or return the payment and say that you are unable to deliver.
