I ordered a box of chocolate with a personal message and a photo, which was confirmed by the company. The chocolate was okay, it was in a black box. However there wasn't a trace of my personal message and the photo on the cover. I intended to give this personal and non-repeatable box of chocolate to someone who is dear for my heart. I had to make it myself. I shouldn't have paid so much (6, 300 Forints + plus its delivery costs, 3. 300 Forints) for 6 pieces of bonbons in a simple box. It is simply incorrect. I will never order anything from this shop.

Rossz terméket küldtek és mikor kértem hogy javítsák ki, ugyanúgy elküldték a rosszat még egyszer. Soha többet nem rendelek tőlük!!

The product haven't been arrived in time, however you garanted it. Then we were interested in its why we didn't get in time, but the answer was pathetic. We only got a link where we can followed the good, which we have already recieved an email from the delivery service. We have been waiting for the real aswer for 4 days.

Sajnos hibás terméket kaptam, az ajándék doboz egy része egy része magyar került legyártásra a rózsafűzért szakadtam küldték meg. Az ügyfélszolgálat nem volt együttműködő. Senkinek nem ajánlom én sem rendelek innen többet. A honlap nagyon gyenge a fizetési rendszer pocsék.

Banners like "If you order within X hours, it will be delivered by Thursday." make the impression that the product will arrive not later than Thursday. However it did not. Do not make promises if you cannot keep them.

They promised me that my gift will arrive on time. (20th December). Now is 27th of December and nothing. Not helpful at all. I hope my paid gift will arrived at least in December not in January.

A garantált kiszállítási nap helyett 3 nappal később érkezett meg a csomag. Ez egy kicsit negatívum számomra. A termék minősége azt hozta, amire számítottam a képek alapján, ez tökéletes.

A megrendelésemet 2nap szállítással igazolták vissza, de csomag 7 nap elteltével még nem érkezett meg. Sem a mygift, sem a Packeta ügyfélszolgálata nem volt segítőkész!

The site promised guaranteed delivery by December 4th, but currently, on December 9th, I still haven't received the package. At least the email communication is fast.

Nem kaptuk meg időben a termékeket és amiket megkaptunk azok sem voltak jók, mivel nem küldtek meg mindent amit rendeltünk.

Pick up the phone and answer the emails. And keep the promises you make on your website (e.g. about delivery time).

6 perccel a megrendelés leadása után már nem lehetett módosítani a szöveget, de csak órákkal később válaszoltak.
