Bestilte en sending reservedele, og det kom hurtigt. men pakken var skadet under transporten og der manglede reservedele som måtte være faldet ud under transporten. Jeg finder ud af at der ved skift mellem transportør firmaer, at der mangler ca. 700-800 gram. Der meddeles om dette til transportfirmaerne for at finde en løsning på deres skader og bortkomst af reservedele. Til information sendes denne korrespondance med transportfirmaerne til Louis også, som straks svarer retur at de blot sender nye dele i stedet for dem som er blevet væk under transporten, og så skal jeg ikke tage en kamp med transportfirmaerne, men det vil Louis i stedet gøre på mine vegne. Top klasse og god service af Louis teamet.
Ordered a pair of GAZZINI GREB and two GILLES-FODHVILER 26/8.
Recieved it on 29/8, but unfortunately the two GILLES-FODHVILER was missing, which was the expensive part of the package.
I called the service centre at Louis right away and was told that they would investigate the issue.
5/9 I still had not gotten any update so I called again. This time it was taken more serious and I got a call back after 10 minutes that they could see that a mistake was made, but I had to take a photo of the package and make a claim via a mail to the service mail.
I took the photo and sent a mail to the service mail on 6/9.
I heard nothing for a week and called back 13/9 to get an update. The response was that they would try and hear the logistik department again and I would hear back from them. But I could not get any indication of what a proper response time for such an issue was and the person I spoke to sounded like he didn't really care.
I have ordered several helmets to find the right size. I have been told by customer service, that when I return the helmets I will also get a refund for the transport fee. Only the helmet price was returned - not transport fee.

But I ordered the mirror on 3/7 - and it hasn't arrived yet
(I have been informed that it will arrive tomorrow (15/7))
So I'm not impressed with DHL - it's almost 0 stars

Wonderful Shop!!
Oh man....................what a wonderful shop.
I have been buying quality items for my motorcycles and motorcycle travels since soon after the shop existed.
So great selection.
It would be hard to say would should be bettered.
But sometimes when I have been fond of a product for years, it suddenly disappears.
It would be great if Louis was better at leaving these products on the site and if non-available, point in directions of what could replace this product.
Maybe also more motorcycle model specific items to fit such as bash plates, luggage racks, crash bars, bar rizers, seats, footpegs etc. etc.
I will get back.

I almost live in a Louis shop.
I have been shopping in Louis for more than 30 years.
I really like the great customer service, the fair prices, the fast response and shipping and also the vast selection of items.
Sometimes I miss the more high specified brand- and model related extra 3rd party equipment.
When an item is no longer available, sometimes Louis could better to direct to similar alternatives.

A very precise description of the product, good quality and fitting. I have been shopping with you for many years, both online and in shops. Never been disappointed at any time. Always good advice and help if needed. For the online part, quick delivery. And easy returning the item if necessary for some reason.
Difficult to see what you can do better.

Good product. Great customer service as well. I do seem to have issues receiving delivery notifications after I have received the tax invoice. Two times I have shopped and both times I have not received delivery notifications. However due to the efficient customer service it was shared quickly both times. Great stuff.

I returned a MC dash cam with a fault. Your supplier didn't read the error description and returned it without repairing the camera, and I got mad. Subsequently, it was exchanged without any problems, so now I am happy again and look forward to testing it - when spring comes and the MC has to hit the roads again.
Jeg er mega tilfreds med de vare jeg køber hos Louis men hvorfor at det så svært at pakke tingene ordentligt inde så emballagen er intakt ved forsendelse??
Nu er det ikke første gang jeg fremkommer med denne observation men der sker jo intet så man kan jo tvivle om denne anmeldelse overhovedet bliver set.

Trade without problems, fast and accurate delivery of the ordered items.
The backpack is simple and perfectly suitable for small, light things. Handlebar ends fit perfectly and match my black Yamaha xjr 1300 with various Carbon parts. As a customer, I will always return to Louis Flensburg to shop
