Bestilte en sending reservedele, og det kom hurtigt. men pakken var skadet under transporten og der manglede reservedele som måtte være faldet ud under transporten. Jeg finder ud af at der ved skift mellem transportør firmaer, at der mangler ca. 700-800 gram. Der meddeles om dette til transportfirmaerne for at finde en løsning på deres skader og bortkomst af reservedele. Til information sendes denne korrespondance med transportfirmaerne til Louis også, som straks svarer retur at de blot sender nye dele i stedet for dem som er blevet væk under transporten, og så skal jeg ikke tage en kamp med transportfirmaerne, men det vil Louis i stedet gøre på mine vegne. Top klasse og god service af Louis teamet.
Ordered a pair of GAZZINI GREB and two GILLES-FODHVILER 26/8.
Recieved it on 29/8, but unfortunately the two GILLES-FODHVILER was missing, which was the expensive part of the package.
I called the service centre at Louis right away and was told that they would investigate the issue.
5/9 I still had not gotten any update so I called again. This time it was taken more serious and I got a call back after 10 minutes that they could see that a mistake was made, but I had to take a photo of the package and make a claim via a mail to the service mail.
I took the photo and sent a mail to the service mail on 6/9.
I heard nothing for a week and called back 13/9 to get an update. The response was that they would try and hear the logistik department again and I would hear back from them. But I could not get any indication of what a proper response time for such an issue was and the person I spoke to sounded like he didn't really care.

Still missing 1 product out of 3 ordered 1 month ago
I initially ordered Gazzine handlebars and 2 Gilles fot pegs.
I only received the Gazzine handlebars and after 2 phone calls and a mail about the issue, it only seemed that action was taken after my initial feedback.
3 days ago I received 1 single Gilles fot peg and I wrote a mail about that 2 days ago and I have still not gotten a reply.
So after a month of ordering 3 products I am still missing 1 Gilles fot peg and I have had to waste time making multiple phone calls, write multiple mails and reviews just to get a simple order with 3 products completed.
I have never experienced anything like this with any webshop.
It is human to make an error, but to make errors in following up on an error is just stupid.

When purchasing the products, an expected delivery of 2-3 working days was indicated.
After the order has been completed, I receive a confirmation by email and another email with confirmation that the package has been sent, but that one of the items is not in stock and can’t be sent before week 40.
Since I was going to use this as a gift, it is not convenient that they after The order and payment has been made, announce that it cannot be delivered before 4 weeks.

We regret that the delivery was incomplete (due to a stock error/order overlap) and can understand your displeasure.
In fact, we are dependent on the subsequent delivery by our supplier, who has promised us the subsequent delivery for week 40.
We kindly ask for your patience.

Ser frem til at få min vare!
Ser frem til at få min vare. Har bestilt 18/9 og afventer stadig 29/9.
Dog skal det siges at det er DHL, som er ENORMT langsomme, med det er trods alt jeres samarbejdspartner.
I fremtiden handler jeg andre steder, da forige pakket var totalt ødelagt i emballagen samt skader på min vare. Også DHL forsendelse. Ikke godt nok.
Tak for denne gang og håber I opper jer for nye kunders skyld.
My order was here quickly, 3days, but it was the wrong item. It took almost 12 days, to get the order right, after at lot of calls and mails, that’s not good enough.

Man køber en vare på Louis.dk, men varen faktureres i Euro med deraf ekstra omkostninger til vekselgebyr. Det er for dårligt.

Faulty Scotoiler…
Had received a faulty Scotoiler X-System V2. It never stopped delivering oil to the chain. Brought it back to Louis Flensburg and they immediately gave me a replacement unit. Very good service. Although the new unit does exactly the same thing, it does not switch off when the bike is stationary. So I will have to approach them again.
Service in the store is top, just ned a Scotoiler that works 😁
