En Europa es la mejor tienda donde he comprado. La atención post-venta es de lo mejor, están pendiente de solucionar y responder lo antes posible cualquier inconveniente que se tenga y constantemente mandan mail para saber si algo más requiere.
Lo digo por experiencia propia.
Confío en esta tienda y es mi favorita.
Compro con envío a Chile y Austria y todo llega muy bien embalado.
Además tienen todo las marcas y productos favoritos que me gustan.

Bad experience
When I booked the order it showed the watches were available and will ship in 1-3 days. After the 4th day I contacted the store and they tell me that the watches are no available and they are no clear when they would be available. This is not a good way to do business.

Fast, reliable, unique…
Super fast delivery, even when items I ordered were not in stock I still got everything in less than a week.
And I love how everything is weighted by themselves and that they have a filter so you can sort items by weight… so far very unique, don’t know about any sites that do that.

Great service, very responsive costumer support. Orders are typically sent the same day, sometimes the following day. It was easy to change the order because an item was out of stock. Could have cheaper EU delivery rates, but it is acceptable given the prices of the items and the delivery times.

What's Not to Love
I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience buying bike parts from R2-Bike. Their prices were unbeatable. They shipped my items quickly and everything arrived in good shape. The customs paperwork was spot on.
I would happily place another order should the opportunity arise.

Great service, good prices, fast shipping
An online store I can recommend. The prices are good, the shipping is done the same day or at most the following day. Could benefit from a threshold for free shipping in the EU, but there are more expensive options. Emails are answered in the 24h time on weekdays.

Items bought are priced competitively than from other sellers. Bought several sets of magura brakes and fidlock bottles from them to install on all my bikes as well as other cycling related items. Will not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

With this purchase all was perfect, dispatch was nearly immediate.
Overall, when sometimes one product is missing and we wait for deliry of it, you can check with customer whether we prefer to wait or maybe to cancell this part of order.

Impeccable experience
Never had any issues. Unlike other online shops, has a DHL Express delivery option - very convenient when a spare part is needed urgently and you don’t live in Germany. Otherwise, delivery to my country takes at least two weeks.

The selection and pricing may not be the best, but good discounts are given regularly and their shipping fee is the lowest. Also it’s the only reputable online bike shop that offers express shipping. Never had a single issue.

I’ve been shopping with R2-bike for a while now, never had a problem and the process from order to shipping seems to be pretty fast.
At one point I had to return an item (ordered it wrong), and that went pretty smooth too.
