We've been using Lovevery from the very first month, and the quality of their educational material for babies and toddlers (where we are now) is excellent. The toys are made from high-quality, safe materials, and overall, we've had a great experience. One suggestion would be to offer some benefits or loyalty rewards for non-subscribers like myself. Although I'm not subscribed (because I'm uncertain about being able to afford it every few months), I've still purchased all the play kits from day one. There were only a couple of toys we found challenging, such as the lock box. While it contains elements to encourage skill development, our baby struggled to engage with it effectively. The design may not be ideal, as the locks sometimes undo themselves, and our baby became distracted when reaching across the box. It didn't seem to support the intended learning as smoothly as the other toys. However, that's a minor issue compared to how much we enjoy the rest of the products. The storybooks are amazing—we often buy extras because they're that good! We also recently received the table utensils, and they're simply exquisite.

Overpriced, missing items, and bad delivery service

In terms of the actual toys, I find that my baby liked them overall, and the instructions on how to use them are fine. However, the other products, such as the small books they sent, are not that interesting considering the price. My last box also didn’t include instructions for any of the games. Also, for some reason, I cannot easily log in to my account. The system always thinks I’m a new customer and asks me to create a new account, even though I’m receiving emails from LOVERY, meaning I already have an account. In France, LOVERY uses GLS as the delivery provider, and I’ve had issues with all four parcels I’ve received from them. Since LOVERY already has my information, they could have provided GLS with my email and/or phone number to help coordinate the delivery.

I have emailed you about my package 10 days ago, and no one has replied, except for the automatic email confirming receipt of my message. My order arrived without packaging or any seal to secure the box, and the contents were incomplete! I can understand a shipping mistake, but I certainly cannot understand why no one has addressed my message.

Don't assume it's a subscription when account hasn't been set-up correctly. Respond to complaint and don't take money from account 3 weeks after original order. Acknowledge and respond to complaints. Completely unacceptable

Still waiting for, at least, a reply from Lovevery

I made a purchase 10 days ago and the status of my order is still "no realizada". Morever, I contacted Lovevery a few days ago and I still haven't received any reply from them.

Slow responses & delivery mistakes

Customer service response is very slow and constantly making delivery mistakes. It has been so annoying I have to pay VAT and paid the many back.

An item was never delivered, the Wooden Cylinders. Although I keep on writing to the customer services since 31 August (my order took place on 20 August) i have not received any feedback yet. I am deeply disappointed in Lovevery, so far my experience with them was positive, but if I do not receive any feedback why the Wooden Cylinders have not arrived I will suspend my prescription with them, even the toys are great. My order was showed shipped, and delivered on 23 August. Which is partially true, as those 3 items which were not even showed to be shipped, arrived without the Wooden sound cylinders which were the only items about which i received a message that were shipped. I hope at least i receive an answer why I have not received them yet.
